🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Sirron the Shaman, we provide high-caliber esoteric services that are custom-tailored to each client’s unique energetic and spiritual framework. Due to the intangible nature of these offerings, our policies are designed to uphold the integrity of advanced magical workings while ensuring fairness in exceptional circumstances.

📜 Non-Tangible Service Clause

All purchases pertain to customized spellwork, subconscious reprogramming, and energetic transformations, which are non-physical, non-returnable, and non-revocable upon initiation. As no physical goods are exchanged, standard commercial return policies do not apply to these transactions.

📅 Limited Eligibility for Recompense Consideration

While all sales are final, a formal request for remuneration consideration may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests are subject to rigorous internal review, during which qualification will be assessed based on, but not limited to:

• The extent of spellwork or subconscious training already performed

• The level of spiritual activation and manifestation initiated

• The applicability of metaphysical intervention already set in motion

Failure to submit a written request within the 7-day eligibility period shall render the transaction permanently non-refundable and non-disputable under all circumstances.

⚖️ Service Fee Deductions & Compensation Adjustments

In the rare event that a request is granted at the sole discretion of Sirron the Shaman, an irrevocable 90% service charge will be applied to the original transaction amount. This mandatory deduction accounts for:

• Advanced esoteric work already conducted

• Immediate energetic shifts and spiritual realignments initiated upon payment

• The exclusive and high-level nature of proprietary spellcasting

As a result, any approved remuneration will not exceed 10% of the original purchase price to reflect the substantial energy, time, and occult expertise invested in the process.

🛑 Non-Remunerable Services & Exclusions

Certain services are categorically excluded from remuneration eligibility, including but not limited to:

• Completed spellwork where energetic alterations have been set into motion

• Bespoke or highly customized rituals that are unique to the individual client

• Subconscious training programs that have commenced beyond the initiation phase

• Any request submitted outside the designated 7-day eligibility period

Additionally, under no circumstances shall remuneration be considered in instances of buyer’s remorse, skepticism, impatience, or subjective expectations misaligned with the inherent nature of esoteric workings.

📩 Procedural Requirements for Recompense Consideration

To request an eligibility review, clients must:

1. Submit a formal written request via direct communication within the 7-day eligibility window.

2. Provide full transactional details along with a detailed rationale for the request.

3. Await deliberation and adjudication, wherein the decision rendered shall be final and binding.

All determinations regarding remuneration, service credit, or eligibility adjustments remain at the sole discretion of Sirron the Shaman.
